By accessing and using Mia HR services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing or for business purposes as intended through your subscription. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose other than as intended through your subscription;
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
3. Subscription and Payments
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.
4. User Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Mia HR or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
7. Disclaimer
The materials on Mia HR's Service are provided on an 'as is' basis. Mia HR makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitations
In no event shall Mia HR or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Mia HR or a Mia HR authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where our company operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
